Ar. Trupti V. Bhadre brings over 12 years of extensive experience in designing and delivering a diverse range of architectural projects. She studied Architecture in 2013 from (SSSM’S) Shri Siddheshwar Shikshan mandal college of architecture, Solapur. She contributed in this field since 12 years, with skills of planning in commercial, Residential, Industrials & Educational etc in PCMC, PMRDA, Cantonment, PMC. as well as around Pune. She is a member of IIA, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. She also contributed in Pimpri Chinchwad smart city Project. Her aim is to establish a functional, beautiful & Sustainable environment that enhances human life & communities as well as to expand worldwide
An architects role changes & evolves over time as they grow. I started this architecture journey 12 years ago, And for the past 7 years . I have been working with Vision Associates.I have always been deeply passionate about the aesthetic side of architecture. I always just wanted to learn more & be valuable to the office. My job is to develop conceptual design , leading project teams, mentoring junior architects, & ensuring design, comply with client needs coordinate with structural consultant from project inception to Completion.

Shweta KardamSenior Architect and Studio Head Five years of architecture and then masters in Urban Planning from the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi has helped me to hone my skills. My professional experience includes a variety of real estate, residential, and commercial projects. My core competencies include: Designing and detailing, co-ordination with clients, consultants and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Apart from this my job also covers Studio Management: Overseeing studio operations, leading project teams, and mentoring junior architects to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
